A graduate of the University of California, San Diego (B.A. and M.A. in Political Science) and the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D.), Patrick combines rigorous academic grounding with decades of high-stakes practice.

Based in Cayucos, CA, his practice is dedicated to comprehensive estate planning, living trusts, and generational wealth preservation —delivering approachable, high-touch representation defined by uncompromising precision and integrity.

Cody earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Cal Poly SLO and is pursuing his Juris Doctor at Monterey College of Law as a top-ranking student. Operating under the direct supervision of Patrick E. B. Sparks, Esq. (State Bar #175981), his professional roles include:
