Admitted to the California Bar in 1995, Patrick brings over three decades of sophisticated legal counsel to individuals, families, and property owners throughout the state.

A graduate of the University of California, San Diego (B.A. and M.A. in Political Science) and the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D.), Patrick combines rigorous academic grounding with decades of high-stakes practice.

Based in Cayucos, his practice is dedicated to comprehensive estate planning, living trusts, and generational wealth preservation—delivering approachable, high-touch representation defined by uncompromising precision and integrity.

Cody earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor as a top-ranking 2L law student at Monterey College of Law.

As a State Bar of California Certified Law Student, Cody brings extensive hands-on legal experience to his work, managing firm operations, client onboarding, and digital infrastructure while actively engaging in substantive legal research, transactional drafting, and estate plan preparation under the supervision of an attorney.
